Alex Kent is known to his clients as the "Business Doctor", helping them achieve outstanding results in their businesses.  He is a trusted business adviser and business coach with hands-on experience of running small and large businesses. He works with clients on a broad range of business issues and is a mentor to the owner/managers of a number of companies. As part of his voluntary activities, Alex works as an adviser for a well-known national advice organisation.

Alex has over 20 years business experience, including senior management positions in BP's petrochemicals and plastics businesses. Alex has also held positions in finance, business development, strategy, and research & technology.  His track record includes doubling the profitability of a £25m turnover company in 18 months, and designing and implementing a 12-month £25m profit turnaround for a £350m turnover business.

Alex is married with 3 children and lives in Mid Sussex.  His interests include travelling, cooking, DIY, music, reading and computers
